The Challenge
Med ePad provides tablet devices to hospital patients in their homes, to allow clinicians to engage directly with patients and for patients to have easy access to relevant information and updates about their condition.
Pocket App have been designing and developing these tablet apps, which are pre-loaded on to the tablet devices.
Our Approach
Having recently launched the Prostate Clinic app we have just completed development on ‘Med eTrax’, a Windows 8 Mobile Tablet App along with a mobile app, which is due to go in hospitals all over the country. Med eTrax is an easy to use, comprehensive system that ensures that when nurses and doctors carry out patient observations, assessment protocols are carried out correctly with alerts to clinicians when interventions are required.
Key features of Med eTrax include: Secure patient identification, observations/ reminders, patient specific observations plan, rapid data entry, time savings, accurate recording, timely interventions.
