W Hotels required a mobile solution to complement a bespoke WiFi solution for their hotel chain and partner business customers, driving additional customer engagement.
The overall objective was to provide users with access to the app across multiple properties and over 300 hotspots city wide.
Our Approach
The team at Pocket App provided W Hotels with an interactive platform, offering customers access to the W-Hotels Wi-Fi Channel. The application ensures that users maintain access to the internet, alongside local insider information, offers and an interactive guide to the city’s best known locations and hidden gems.
By using the app, hotel guests and visitors can explore the city’s neighbourhoods through both a Wi-Fi landing page and native app solutions.
