TDSCF wanted to firstly conduct testing with a select group of real users (tenants) to ensure the platform was both effective and user-friendly before its full-scale release. By engaging tenants in this testing process, the team could assess how well the platform addressed their specific needs, identify any pain points in the user experience, and uncover potential technical or functional issues. Pocket App remains an ongoing partner with TDS and since working on the My Housing Gateway platform, we have been commissioned to work on other projects within the company with more in the pipeline.
